You would be best disabling the demo and using cpanel's or a simple screenshot/link disabled option. Very open to abuse as it is.
You might want some table spacing/padding on the bottom plan table?
Tell people about your organisation - why should they pick you over your competitors. Why should they trust you?
I like the clean lines of the site.
Do you see a future for wap pages? I recently bought a Sony Ericsson Wap phone and even as a second generation colour wap phone, browsing is painful.
thanks for your advice guys ill work on the suggestions

Easiest way to do this is in bullet points - probably makes it look like lots of critisism, but isn't really meant to, honest... :)
- On your front page, the e-mail address to preorder your package has a spelling error in it
- Also on the front page, I'd increase the information about what you offer and promote your strong points such as a hosting company based in the UK. Expand on what you've got, eg: instead of just saying "We offer e-mail", maybe say "We offer low cost e-mail only accounts with spam-assasin protection".
- One major asset you haven't mentioned is Cpanel, maybe even needs its own page explaining what they can do with screen shots. You could even give it several pages by having a front end screen shot then an image map going to screen shots of each internal part.
- On the web hosting packages, I'd probably rehash the bottom table to be included mostly at the end of the top table in the same format to make it more readable. I'd maybe also add the email only account onto the beginning or end of that table.
- On the WAP & E-mail only accounts I'd make sure the font it set the same size as on the other pages to keep things consistant.
- I'd also get rid of the extra space at the bottom of the contact us page.
- Personally I'd get rid of the frames as they rarely look attractive and can make navigating harder, plus they aren't very good for search engines.
- Lastly, personally I wouldn't include a forum until you've got a fairly substantial subscriber base or at least not one that the general public can access. People are a bit like sheep, if they see something is busy they'll join, if its not, they won't.
A lot of business is about image and presentation. If you can present the answers to basic questions such as what you do offer and roughly how much within a few seconds of hitting the site then you've got a very good chance of converting them.
One really good thing about this site is that you're concentrating on the main service that you provide and not the latest world news, polls and other such distractions which a lot of even very large companies seem to do.
