Your site looks quite nice and is relatively fast too, which is always a good point. One point perhaps, the white writing is not always easy to read on the red background, so you might want to consider using some king of shading on your table cells. I am not an expert, but I think you can play with some kind of level of transparency or something. Other than that, it looks good.

I like it - nice clean feel to it. What I would say is that the number windows and popups can get a little confusing; some of the popups are too small for their content.

I also agree with themilkman - the white text can be quite hard to read at times.

Nice site Jazz, just a few things though:

Having to scrolling Horizontally is a bit of a pain also instead of using frames have you thought about using tables.

only supports one resolution and it will stick the left of the page leaving a big gap
