We are currently looking into a problem with Eden, some users have reported problems when uploading files.

The server is needing to be reboot and fsck'd, this will be happening very shortly...

We noticed a couple of errors on reboot so are doing a full file system check on the machine.

Hi,

As you may have guessed the machine is back up and running. Downtime did not count for more then 5mins.

We will be monitoring the system very close over the next few days.

If you do notice any problems then please email support, thanks Colin for letting us know of the problem as our monitoring system is not designed to pick up errors of those sorts.
