During this weekend of 25/26 January we will be upgrading our helpdesk system to help us manage your requests with greater control and efficiency.

Unfortunatly this means that we will be withdrawing the ability to submit tickets via the web interface, while we appreciate some customers may find this inconvenient, the improved efficiency of tickets submitted by email will more than make up for this. In monitoring the use of the existing helpdesk, we can see a very small percentage of tickets are submitted in this manner.

The public interface is something we plan to restore, however this could be some months away.

If you have problems submitting a support request this weekend it could be due to changes being made, if this should happen, please feel free to email a member of staff directly in order to have your problem resolved.

Email addresses for support will also be changing, the new addresses can be seen below:

Hosting Support: helpdesk@support.flump.net
Reseller Support: helpdesk@support.123reseller.com

Any existing tickets open when the transition is made will be retained until they are resolved. If you feel your ticket has been resolved incorrectly, feel free to re-open the ticket by emailing the new helpdesk system.
