I bought an account on August 22nd: the "PRO Special" for £50.
The introductory email said to change the password, first thing. So I tried.
Each time I entered a candidate password, it was rejected for being in the dictionary. It did this no matter what I typed in - an extraordinary dictionary!
Then it said the password was reset and I would receive an email with the new one.
It did not happen.
I can't access the cpanel to do anything about it - because I don't know the password.
Three days have passed with no improvement.
What can I do?
