Hi, I have a .co.uk domain name registered with my current web host which is up for renewal in February 2005. If I were to transfer my web hosting to you could I also transfer my .co.uk domain to be registered with you?

How much would you charge for this? How much do you charge per year for a .co.uk domain? How long would the transfer process take and would my site be inaccessible for this time?

Cheers

Tom

Hi there,

Thankyou for the post.

You can indeed transfer your .uk domain to us. Please select the "Full transfer" option on the signup form.

Many of our packages come with free domain names or transfers in. However if you do not pick one of these packages we charge £8.50 for 2 years registration.

As long as the old host is still serving the site, there will be no downtime during the transition which can take 12-48 hours while name servers update.

Any further questions then please let us know,

Craig
